Working on plastic free and self care...twofer
Working on going as plastic free as I can in my household, which is why I first looked at the New Chapter brand. Second goal was self care and finding a supplement that was made for women and in for my 40+ age group. I appreciate this one because it doesn't leave me with any sort of stomach issues after taking it, which has been an issue with past vitamins.
