Dunlop's well calculated scheme to defraud customers
This is now the THIRD time you have sent me a SINGLE ball, on the SAME order for which I paid for a box of 12 balls. But now I understand your scheme: send me a single ball, one at a time, until I get tired of complaining and returning them which will surely be less than 12 times. And you get to keep the remainder. I feel like it's a well calculated scheme to defraud customers.
