One of the best budget wireless mic solutions I have used
Summary: An ideal wireless mic setup for budget filmmakers & creators.Included in the box: Lav mic, dead cat wind shield, wireless transceiver, wireless receiver, phone mount, mini tripod, zippered case and charging & audio cables.Highlights: Setup is pretty much a no brainer. Plug everything in and you are recording audio in minutes. The built in battery is a big plus for me as I hate having to carry around extra batteries and the built in battery lasted me almost 7 hours which will easily outlast the battery in your camera. Some of these inexpensive wireless setups simply cannot handle obstructions as all. I am happy to report the CVM-WS50 handled multiple walls of interference in my home with no issues. Obviously the further you you get away from the receiver the less obstructions it will be able to handle. The holder that attaches to your phone is made of metal and feels like a very good build quality. The receiver also has a 1/4 mount on either end of the mount giving you plenty of options for mounting it on something like a camera rig.Note if you don't want to use your phone you can easily use this setup with your digital recorder with the purchase of a cheap simple 3.5mm audio cable (the one that comes included is meant to be used with a cell phone). As you can see in my pictures I simply added a little cushion between the transceiver and the audio recorder and they mount together perfectly. One thing I greatly appreciate which will be a huge help for folks that don't have a headphone port on their camera is that you DO have a headphone jack on the receiver giving you real time audio monitoring. This is essential because if you cannot monitor your audio you are pretty much guaranteeing you will have issues and you will never know until after the fact. What I would have prefered: USB-C charging woulds have been a big plus but I understand they went with micro USB to keep the cost down.Final words: For the price the audio quality is great. For folks looking to keep costs down but still wanting quality audio this is a fantastic solution. Previously I had to rig a mic directly to my cell phone then find somewhere to tuck all that away on my actor/subject. With the CVM-WS50 I simply have the lav mic plugged into the small receiver that is easily tucked away and then record wirelessly to my phone which is mounted on my camera rig. I have tested out numerous wireless mic kits and I can say that for the money this is the best budget setup I have used to date. When you feel like you are ready to upgrade all you need to do is purchase another higher quality lav mic which will work perfectly with this setup. Absolutely ideal budget setup for low budget filmmaking or interview situations.

Surprisingly easy to use and works extremely well...just what I wanted (Galaxy Note 9 user)
(4 stars...well because there is always room for improvement........ right? )So far with a few uses under my belt. I can't say anything negative about this remote mic kit.Setup is as easy as plugging in, powering on, adjusting the gain dial......and recording. The small tripod it comes with is pretty good too. Not as adjustable as my Manfroto....but works well.I have the newest note 9 512. Which is fairly large. And the receiver fits it even with a case on. (about a quarter inch from center which isn't anything to lose sleep over)It's grip is secure...no worries about dropping a 1500$ phone overboard or on the ground. If there was one thing I'd improve. It would be the gain setting. Detents on the dial would be nice. That way they it stays the same even if bumped..or add buttons instead of a dial. It's a nice feature to have none the less.Which is something missing on the camera app itself.I haven't run the battery dead as of yet. So I can't confirm battery life...but it outlasts the cameras battery. It uses a micro usb...which a few years ago wouldn't be noteworthy.....but now with everything going usb c...it would have been nice to only need one cable type. ( I said the opposite when the go pro 5 black came out being usb C and only owning micro usb)Fit finish and build are seemingly pretty good. No complaints. Screw mounts abound for different mounting options of the receiver and transmitter. It even has an output on the receiver so you can hear the recording live. WHich is great or quick sound checks. The case is nice and the cables included are pretty good. (even decent cables fail...so time will tell on these)

Cool New Microphone!
I like this microphone. The mic is a clip on, which is nice since I could just clip it on my clothing. The clip is a little hard to get on and off. The transmitter has a belt clip, so I can easily attach the transmitter to my pants or another piece of clothing. It was easy to put my phone in the receiver. However, when I was taking my phone out of the receiver, it was very difficult to take off. There were no instructions in the instruction book on how to do it. I ended up having to pull my phone out of the receiver. That took me a while. I couldn't unscrew my phone out of the receiver. The product comes with a dead cat microphone cover, which is super useful for taking wind noises out of the audio. My favorite thing is the real time audio monitoring. I like being able to hear the audio while I'm recording the audio. The mini tripod is a great size to put on the table when you're recording sit down videos. You could also hold it easily in your hand to vlog. The product is great and useful for me as a YouTuber.

Sounds Amazing and super convenient!
Right out of the box I was totally impressed with the contents! The packaging was no frills and easy to open. Once open the black case slid right out and upon unzipping the bag the mic was basically ready to use! The receiver and transmitter both had enough power to run some tests and see how it sounded! I love the fact the Reciever is built right into the phone clamp! Even if your not going to use the mic, it’s totally out of the way(Congrats to the actual designer of the product)! I have to say the sound is nearly perfect! I was on my third floor, went to my first floor and it still picked up the sound! I was shocked! If i was forced to give a negative about it, that would be the charging cable. Both the Reciever and Transmitter are rechargeable but they provide a single lines cord. They need to fix this by providing a “Y” style cord for charging.... one side USB splitting to Duel Micro-USB. This way both can be charging at the same time. I had my own(white charging cable in last picture....cable and battery are sold separately) and that is what I will be using.

Best Valued Wireless Lavalier Microphone
First off, I would like to say that I have multiple microphones but none are WIRELESS lavalier microphones, so I can't compare this to other products. However, I do have very extensive experience in audio production because I make Youtube Covers using audio interfaces, studio monitors and condenser microphones. I would like to say that this microphone set is very suitable any Youtuber who is filming themselves. I broke down some of the crucial features that many of us would be looking for.build quality: Absolutely fantastic as it is metal construction and the entire unit is well built.Sound Quality: I would say this is very good, comparable to a lot of shot gun microphones but with the ability to get close to the subject(me) so I was able to get even a clearer sound.Wireless Transmission: I used this with my samsung galaxy note 10+ and never have disconnected once.Setup: Extremely easy, basically just charge the battery and turn on both the devices, tune to the right channel and voila! It works!Other Features: the monitoring tool is useful too if I dont have a flipping screen on my dslr (btw it works with mirrorless and dslr too) , front facing camera on the phone doenst necessarily show the audio levels so these are all useful. Also, it comes with tripod mounting holes on all corners and man is that useful! I can mount these on my tripod and everything looks neat and tidy.Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a wireless lavalier microphone for professional video production and film making!

Excellent Quality + Sound for the Price!
This is an amazing product for getting high quality audio into your mobile phone or even mirrorless or DSLR if you have a TRS connector of your own (it only comes with TRRS). The audio is clear with no interruptions even at a distance and with some structures blocking line of sight. The included lav sound is not of the highest quality but its definitely waaaaay better than just using the built-in mic on the phone or camera.PROS:- comes with everything you need to start filming on your phone (holder, stand, mic, cables etc.)- high quality build- very easy to use, connect and get started right away- great 6-hour battery life- good quality audio at all the usable ranges and situations- has adjustable output gain to get the right audio levels- the option to use it with your DSLR or mirrorless if you upgrade your camera is amazing (just need a cheap TRS cable)- compact and affordable (most comparable kits range from $350-$600)CONS:- wind muff design is annoying and hard to put on but works well at least.- only comes with ONE micro USB for charging

Works on iphone, but not on my DSLR as it is advertised
This was super easy to set up on my phone, but it did not work on my camera. The box it came in also said just for smartphone, so I am not sure if the heading on amazon needs to change. Also - the box did not come with dead cat or remote like it said it would in the description.Edit: I have had it for a few years now, I have got the dead cat and a connector for by dslr. It is a fantastic unit. So light, sturdy, I take it everywhere. So much more compact than a Blue microphone and works just as well.

BEST VLOGGING EQUIPMENT FOR US, SO FAR
The media could not be loaded. We brought the Comica CVM-WS50(C) Wireless Microphone at Marineland to prove that it is worth it. Despite the vastness of Marineland, It records the narrator's voice loud and clear. The setup looks complicated at first glance, however, there's a user manual that is easy to read. Using the CVM-WS50(C) makes it look like we are out doing field reporting. There is no colour option available but the overall esthetic is professional and sleek. Just like any other Comica equipment, it is sturdy and built with hard plastic. On the other hand, this professional audio equipment is not budget friendly as it costs 219$ Canadian. This could be a great help for first time vloggers but definitely make sure that you have the budget for it.

Funktioniert super!
Sehr empfehlenswert!
