does this refill fit the Cutter and Buck pens?

Do these refills fit a Sheaffer 200 slim ballpoint?

I know they fit my carbon fiber pen and work well. My thought would be to compare the refills to your Schaffer pen. Sorry if this is not much help.

Will these work as pelikan rollerball pen refill?

Sorry Unfortunately I am not sure. They work well in my carbon fiber pen. The only caveat is it they act more like a gel ink instead of roller ball.
