I had so many issues with capsules, really bothered my stomach. I did some research, and came across this powder and decided to give it a try. It's awesome! No side effects and it's working great! I have suffered with recurrent UTI's for years and this is really helping! I will continue to buy it. It really doesn't have any taste, just a tiny bit of sweetness and dissolves completely. I use it for my hemophiliac puppy. Counteracting blood clotting deficiency is a side effect, which is good for us. We use only 1/4 teaspoon twice daily for our dog because he is on prednisone & cyclosporine for IBD. He has chronic UTI’s if we don’t use this. He is a doberman and we would wake up to enormous amounts of urine by the back door and all through the downstairs because he couldn’t hold his urine overnight. This stops it. It’s the exact same as the dog version so we get whichever is available.

I believe this is a really good product but I was surprised how little you get for 22$.I diden’t see it at first but I received the d- monnase for pets I have to send it back to get the one for humans.I used some before I saw it is for pets. It is a third part sender.They made a mistake!I I received the correct one for humans now and it is really effective.

I've used II that brands if powered DMannose and this is by far the best. I have had hundreds of UTIs and my bladder is damaged. After three days of drinking this per instructions the discomfort is nearly gone and there is no flavor. I only wish we received more product for the money.
