The product that arrived is the same shape as the one in the picture but it is a poor copy. Firstly there is an outer case which is nylon and cheap and actually made me hotter. Secondly, The inside cushion was in a crunchy fabric which sounded like laying on a crisp packet so impossible to sleep on. thirdly it was very lightly stuffed and offered no support. I didn’t return as I tried cutting the crispy layer and stuffing the case itself with extra stuffing but, unfortunately it is still too hot.

Fantastic pillow! I have several chronic pain and autoimmune illnesses so I’m always looking for things to make life more comfortable. I have a really bad issue with the cartilage in my ear becoming extremely painful and inflamed so my normal pillows - even with a silk pillowcase- were no good. This works great as it takes the pressure off of my ear. I’d recommend it for anybody that has ear pain or has a painful piercing etc etc. Definitely worth the money for the lack of pain. The first night was weird because of the height difference in my pillows but after that, it was fine and I’d be reluctant to go back to a normal pillow now.

rubbish I cannot believe that this is being sold for £14.99 not worth any way near that much looks nothing like picture cheap loose stitching floppy and lumpy do not waste your money

Getting your head placed right for the hole can b tricky.

Not happy at all with this item! It gives no support to your head whatsoever! The filling is very poor & it does not do what the advert says. A waste of money!
