Used this to control algae growth in our pond and it works perfectly. The pond is about 4,000 square feet and about 3 feet average depth. It is fed by a spring and has an outflow so the water in the pond is constantly refreshed and replaced. Using approximately 1 lbs of copper sulfate every week seems to prevent algae growth.

Lowest price for stated purity and quantity. I do not know if it is 99% pure, did not send to lab. It works for my purpose that's about all I can say.

So far, root blockage in sewer line has not re-occured.
