The charging port stopped working after the first week of use-I returned this item.

It has worked fine except for youtube. Dont know why youtube wont work.

Ok just screen not big enough to down load games

Not very easy to operate for my toddler.. She can use my iPad with ease but this not so much!!

Frezzes on some apps and doesn't stay charged long

This tablet is worthless. Granddaughter opened it on Christmas Eve. Three days later the android monster comes on and it locks up and won't do ANYTHING. What a piece of junk. Five days later, another one of these tablets I bought a different granddaughter, won't even turn on. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. Since I have 12 grandchildren, I ordered them in August, and since the "1 month" policy says I can't return them, I'm out the money I paid for them, plus I have a 5 year old and 7 year old granddaughter that are very sad.

Good my five year old loves it and hates putting it down. The parenting controls are easy to use and figure out but tough for a little one. Awesome product. Def worth the money and the wait cuz we researched and researched before purchasing.
