Complete 3 Panel EZ-Connect Hybrid Solar Water Heater Kit

Overall good kit for the money, took me two days to install. I have very hard water and occasional freezes here in So AZ, so I didnt want to put water through these at all, I would be lucky to get a year out of them before they clogged with minerals. So I got this and the glycol Retrofit kit (much cheaper than ordering the "complete kit" and you get some extra supplies thrown in). I ordered these though the Heliatos Website because they offer free shipping there, and was also pleased to see that I didnt get charged tax, which Amazon would have. Every thing went smoothly with minimal cursing until I tried to load up the Glycol. The drill pump they sent was DOA, so I had to buy another (I found the same exact one at Lowes), but it was impossible to get the thing to suck up the liquid out of the bucket. They should send a big funnel or some plastic device you can screw onto the gallon of Glycol so you can use a gravity feed, cause thats the only way these little pumps are going to cut it. Also I had to do some research to figure out how much I was going to actually use (the panels only hold 2.7 ounces each!!!) I found that 100 feet of 1/2" tubing takes about 0.92 gallons, so It made alot more sense, and eased my troubled mind that I didnt use very much Glycol in my 20 or so feet of tubing and 3 panels. Another annoyance is that neither Solar panel came with the nuts to screw the brackets on. Also, I was going to write this review on the Heliatos website, but it just errors out when trying to submit it, and of course I hadnt copied it onto my clipboard..... No wonder they have no reviews /sigh
