Sticker
The product itself is okay excellent. However, it arrived with two stickers and taking off one of the stickers was almost impossible. It left off a very sticky residue and ruined the look of the plate. The other sticker was placed on a plastic cover so this was only an issue on one of the sides. If unfortunately ruined the Appearance of the product and I won’t order it again. If both sides were covered with plastic wrap, this wouldn’t have happened. I’m very disappointed in this purchase.

It is very hard to turn it on or off you have to keep pushing the buttons even when using the remote

Didn’t last through Ramadan
I loved this Ramadan light but half way through the month the remote battery died and it was impossible to open the battery box without probably breaking it. Maybe I’ll figure it out by next year. 😕

What a disappointment
I bought the Ramadan LED ... but the Acrylic is empty ... has no writing or anything on it... It change color but that it... where is the writing was promised.... i been waiting so long for this product and comes like this ... I am very disappointed....
