Are the capsules very large?

They are on the larger size, but I've seen bigger pills. I don't have any trouble swallowing them!

What is the olive leaf in this product supposed to do for you?

It isn't olive oil, it's OLIVE LEAF!! You can Google "benefits of olive leaf extract" and it'll explain exactly what you want to know. To give you an idea, it reduces inflammation, boosts immunity, and that's just the beginning. Look it up. I think you'll be surprised. I know I was!! Although they mean well, beware of people who are just guessing. I hope you find what you're looking for!! 🙂

why isn't full ingredient list shown? What is in this except the three things listed? Fillers, chemicals, sourced ed in China?

There aren't any chemicals in this. It's vegan. Tons of vitamins. Absolutely no fillers. I have bought this for years. I'm very health conscious. It's from California not China.
