Gourmet Kitchen Knife Sharpener "The Quick N Sharp"

I have used many very expensive knife sharpeners and have had very little satisfaction with them for their price. I had a friend that hunts and fishes a lot recommend this sharpener to me and I figured for the price, why not try it. I am very happy with this sharpener! The two stage process works great on my dulling filet and steak knives. The course sharpening side evenly sharpens the whole blade and avoids gouging the blade surface. The red rubber pad on the bottom provides great suction to any counter top for a slip free pull as you sharpen your knife. With the lifetime guarantee on this product, you can't go wrong! I would highly recommend this product to anyone!!

does acceptable job giving good knife edge

I bought two of these. They both leave my knives bumpy. The course side cuts gaps into the blades, and the smooth side never gets the gaps out. This is very upsetting to me because I spend most of my time cooking, and I only buy hi quality utensils which are extremely expensive. I paid nearly $2000 for just one set of knives. Now I don't use them.

I like the size have not use it yet easy storage

This product is great. It actually sharpens straight edge knives quickly and accurately. I was able to use my dull knives within minutes of using the knife sharpener. Small enough to store in a small kitchen drawer.
