Smooth & Light - EPS A4 Edible Icing Sheets for Edible Printing Printing (24 A4 sheets) - For Edible Cake Toppers

I have ordered these sheets from EPS for my business and used to order from their direct website. Due to Covid-19 I can get them delivered quicker via Amazon and in the qtys I need as I do not always need them in Bulk.The last two orders have arrived with a change of backing paper to the icing sheets. This new backing appears to feed better into the printer and the icing peels away easier. They also cut out better without the old clear backing coming with the icing. 5*****

First time purchasing the paper from you and I will not be again, the paper does not feed through my printer and wastes sheets only printing parts of items I need. The quality of the paper is shocking, even getting out of the wrapper there’s corners missing of icing. Very disappointing, I will be contacting Customer Service for a refund.

Perfect, go through so many need to order again

I bought it for the first time because the promise of good quality convinced me. I'm disappointed !! Very bad quality. Sheets are broken. The adhesion to the backing sheet is non existent. it's separating as it enters the printer and and the printer jams. I am afraid it may damage the printer. It is wasted money. I do not recommend !!

Excellent and easy to use

I've been using these sheets for a while now, when I first trialled them, I was really impressed with the print quality. The level of adhesion to the backing sheet was just about right and they cut on digital die cutting machines really nicely. Now I'm having all sorts of problems, the adhesion to the backing sheet is almost non existent, to the point where it's separating as it enters the printer and causing a jam, which in itself is a nuisance but each time it happens, it's a wasted sheet and now that they are getting close to £1 a sheet, it's not even funny! I've also noticed that there are huge inconsistencies in thickness, which is also a problem when printing, if it's too thick you get really bad abrasion marks on the print.I have photos to show the various problems and will try and add them to this review as soon as I can.I wouldn't bloody mind so much but I spent ages getting the colour profiles and print settings right for these sheets and now it looks like I'm going to have to go back to using the older type sheets.We use 50 plus sheets a month so it's not like it's a minor issue for us, and in my opinion, until the manufacturers look into why the quality has dropped off, I would seriously recommend that you don't waste your money on these!
