Pure Matcha, Premium Black Tea Powder

I stumbled upon this product while looking for quality matcha powder. I was very curious about this ground black tea matcha powder so I ordered some. I was very pleased with the taste it isn't bitter and has a sweet black tea taste. You can add things like honey and lemon to it if you like and it doesn't take away from the taste. My preference is straight out of the tin. I also purchased the Green matcha and the Rooibos matcha. I drink Green Matcha almost on a daily basis however this black tea matcha is quickly becoming my favorite. I thought the green was of a very good quality and appropriately priced and the roobios was OK.

I'm a big tea drinker, usually go for the loose leaf teas. I wanted to try the black matcha tea, the green tastes like grass juice. While it has a decent black tea flavor, it didn't measure up to my expectation. Besides it come in a small quantity at a big price. It wasn't what I hoped for.

This tea is surprisingly delicious. I drink alot of the whipped green match that I love so wasn't quite sure about how a black match would taste. Very glad I tried it. I put it in a match bowl with about 3 oz. hot water and whisked it with my match whisk an it frothed up beautifully. Added more water and a little creamer, didn't really need sweetner. No bitter tannin taste.

The pure matcha black tea powder was perfect for what I use it for. I use it as an ingrediant in my home made chai receipe. I have tried other black tea's, and the pure match black tea powder works best for me. It does not over power or make my mixture bitter. Will use again!

gimmicky product

This has a very rich black tea Darjeeling flavor without that harsh aftertaste you may sometime experience with darker teas. Dissolves fast. I do not even use a sweetener as I find it actually takes away from the experience of enjoying the flavor.

Easy way to make tea. Lots of flavor. Easy to dissolve. Not real crazy about the leftover residue. Better quality than the tea in teabags and less trouble than loose tea.

Good quality, I combine with chocolate and also bullet proof.
