I received the new A 10 SD sooner than expected, and it works great.I suspect some of the negative reviews had to do with an improper installation.With the engine OFF, swap out the old SD navigation card and install the new A 10 one. Then, start the engine, and the nav screen goes blank for a bit while the new SD card downloads its data. After downloading, a button at the top right corner of the screen said to install an SD card, but since it was already installed, I just hit that button on the screen. All has worked great ever since. It sure beats paying the $149 my Ford dealer wanted for the same thing.

Our vehicle had a A4 NAV SD card and we wanted to update it to get the latest street / road additions. Ford Motor Company was selling the A10 SD card for $249. and I thought I'd check Amazon. Sure enough the same card was available for a much lower price. It was easy to install and is working great!

I purchased this SD card on May 5th for an upcoming trip. We left for this trip on June 6th and had installed the new card prior to leaving. After just 5 hours of operation the card quit working and gave a "fault" message on my Ford Sync system. I "rebooted" the Sync system and the card read ok. After a few more hours of use the card quit again but this time it fail to restart on rebooting the system. This was on June 12th. According to my Amazon account my return window closed on June 7th. I was on the road and couldn't try to return it sooner. Is there any way I can arrange for a new card?

Punctual shipping/ delivery. Worked like a charm. I was a bit worried because my car wasnt mentioned in the product description, but I just plugged it in, and I had no problems with it. 2016 Ford fusion titanium w/ my Ford touch.

I bought a preowned vehicle. Unfortunately, it makes with a four year old map software. I requested an updated map sd card from the dealership. They fulfilled all of my other requests but declined to provide me updated maps. I saw this time from this seller. Read the reviews and bought it. I installed it today. And it works. I'll update my review after I have tried it out on the next road trip.

Paid a little more to get the latest at the time and It came with the factory appearing packaging. Now I'm not so sure it was factory. It worked fine out of the box for almost a year and then it didn't work at all. The map would flash up and then go back to the Sync2 Home screen. Had an SD card reader error, so clearly something happened. This was a 2016 f350, so it gets a lot of sun load, but made it through Arizona and Utah desert heat. Quit 1 year almost to the day. Had to revert to the original card that came with truck. Would like a refund or replacement,but doesn't look like the company is still in business.

Bought for my 2013 ford edge which didn't include an SD card(bought used). This card worked flawlessly. Have been using for around 2 months. Popped it in the slot, started my car. Took a few mins to update and now works perfect! I was hesitant due to it being soooo much cheaper than the dealership but it works and my GPS is accurate to within about 15-20 feet at its worse.

Doesn't work. Installed it and most of the time it says I'm off road. Emailed the seller and never heard back.

The new card works just fine and was easy to install. Just take out the old one, insert the new, and turn on the car. Helps you save instead of buying from the dealer.
