Easy to read book with space to write in!

Loved the original book Was hoping this was an easy to flip excercise book, but it's more like another book, with excercises throughout a lot of text. It's like they're partially rewriting some of the books content. Do not recommend. Just read the book and do the exercises in a notepad. Disappointed that I missed the return window.

Fantastic book on the science of women’s sexuality. A must read for both men and women interested in improving their sex life!

I bought this with the main book, but I felt like this was way more digestible and helped me a lot more. If I were to do it again, I would’ve only bought this one, since there is a lot of overlap in the information between the two. This felt a lot more achievable, and gave me a lot to reflect on. The paper itself is decent quality and thickness too, I was able to write on it with a gel pen without too much bleeding or shadowing, which was really important to me. Would recommend!

This book should be a must-read for every man and woman, as society does a woe-fully abysmal job at teaching any of us about pleasure, or about womens' bodies.

So many practical tips and insightful perspectives. A quick and lively read for lay person and sex therapists. Highly recommended.
