A little to early for a review . I think they are helping but i need to give it more time. They are starting to help a little so I will be back for a better review to let you know when and if they came through for me.

I'm 65yrs old and from 2011-2016 my sister and I underwent the stress of our mom's memory decline, major stroke in 2013 and eventual passing in Fall of 2016. It took an immense toll on my facial tissue. Despite healthy eating taking correct, quality supplements etc., I looked like I had aged 10+ years😟.I started on full spectrum collagen peptides almost four months ago, when I switched from from collagen type 1-3 only. My hope was to restore some collagen elastin fiber growth plus increase my hair growth which had been thinning pretty radically from 2012 through 2017. So, after only a tiny improvement in redux in hair falling out, I switched to full spectrum in 3/2019. By July 2019, I noticed Lots of "new" (tapered end) short hairs growing at the temples and top of my head. That's enough evidence for me to continue taking this supplement and I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing better looking, more hydrated and smoother skin! When I do, I'll update my review, but for now, I'm happy.😁

I purchased this product because for skin & joints. My skin does appear to be a bit more plump, especially around the eyes. I did seem to help a bit with my knee pain too.

I had bilateral foot surgery in June 2019 and I purchased bone food different types such as calcium, Glucosamine + Chondroitin. i also tried powedered collagen but I could not swallow it well.September 24 I had a revision procedure to remove the hardware on my left foot and found this collagen capsule. So far I am able to swallow the capsule with no issues. I feel that my feet has shown a lot of improvement with less pain and suffering. I am going to have an x-ray to see if the screw holes have sealed and I look forward to this supplement helping me. Another reason why I am taking collagen is due to post menopause for the health of my nails, hair and bones. And for my skin as I have mature skin in my middle ages.

So I’m going to be one of those that says...”I never write a review but...” Here it is! I’ve only been taking these for 3 days, delivered Tues and today is Fri. And I’ve only taken 1/2 the recommended daily dose. Nothing in my life is different except these. Both pictures where taken at the same time in the morning. Although the lighting is different, the change is clearly visible. I am always skeptical about things and when I bought these I truly didn’t expect it to work for me, but DAMN!!! The results speak for themselves!! Can’t wait to see what my skin does in the next month. I’ll be ordering regularly. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!

I have been using for about ten days now and really have only notice a small change in my skin. I hope by the time I finish the bottle That I will notice more change. Also the pills are really big so if you have hard time with pills I would not recommend these. I usually take the powder but wanted to try the pills as the flavor of the powder is not good with certain things.

Though it is undoubtedly crucial to use the right protections and embellishments topically, what goes INSIDE your body has even more influence on what comes OUT of your body on the surface. Your body no longer produces collagen the way it used to, and besides exercise, you must address what’s happening biologically and help supplement that process. I see a huge difference after 2 months of using this product, and people close to me have commented on it without knowing what I’m doing.
