Invincible Iron Man Omnibus, Vol. 2

I love Iron Man. I have for ten years. I was really excited to finally read this story line, especially after hearing so much interesting but also pretty vague information about it floating around. I'd read the New Avengers all the way up through Civil War, but after that my comic source dried up and I've been out of the loop for ages. This was a wonderful place to get back into things, the art was great and the story was better, even if there wasn't a whole lot of action in it! I found the first volume at a local comic shop and bought this one immediately after I finished it. This book took me like two hours to read I was so excited to have it. Beautiful hardcover, looks so nice on my shelf, wonderful collection of the series!

I bought the Invincible Iron Man trade vol 2. It was a great price, it was packaged with care so the book arrived in pristine condition.

Omnibus Vol 2 collects the next 14 issues of Fraction & Larroca's run on Iron Man. I really enjoyed Volume 1, it had 2 quality archs for the characters & quite the build-up for the 2nd arch. Volume 2 continues the story, but half of the volume is the aftermath of what happened at the end of Volume 1.For me, I enjoyed the book & continuation of the saga of Tony Stark, but I feel like the scope & length of Volume 1 make it a superior book to this one. Plus, it didn't really have the heightened ending or anything to compare to what happened in the first 19 issues.Good read, especially if you have the first omnibus to continue the plight of Iron Man that Fraction has been crafting.

It seemed like this title would never be released, but its finally here and it is fantastic, amazing, incredible, uncanny and all of those other words Marvel likes to attach to their super-heroes! I'm not much for writing reviews, so I'll just tell you that I couldn't set this one down. I usually can't set graphic novels down anyways, but I REALLY couldn't set this one down.Matt Fraction's writing is the type of high quality entertainment that Marvel should be working harder to keep in their Hollywood films. The art, as with Vol. 1, is also incredible. I was hooked from beginning to end. And now I'll have to wait again for a Vol. 3. Shoot!If you enjoyed Invincible Iron Man Omnibus, Vol. 1, then I personally guarantee you will love this as well!

Great art and all you need as a supplement to the MCU Iron Man

If you have read Omnibus Vol 1, then I am sure I don't need to tell you how awesome this story arc is and that you need to read Vol 2!! The story, the artwork, everything is just top notch! I couldn't put it down!!

The whole invincible iron man series is very good. The cheapest way to get the start of the series is actually by buying the omnibus vol. 1 and 2. If you like Iron Man at all, this is the comic series for you.

I have been waiting a long time to for this volume. Volume 1 ends with Stark victorious, having deleted the superhero registration database, but left a mindless vegetable. His closest friends have secured the necessary components to restore him to what he once was but the task is not without difficulties. All of this leads to Stark building his next impressive armor.Tony is now as much machine as he is man but he wouldn't have it any other way. The future is here... now, and he is Iron Man.All of this plus the return of two villains that seek to end Stark.

Good But waiting for Volume 3

The artwork styles vary with different creator sections of this omnibus, but on the whole are of a high standard. Plotlines surely will be mirrored or subltly altered to fit in with the new unfolding Disney/Marvel film universe, as stills i have seen from Iron man 3 suggest a link with Pepper potts' 'Rescue' - as her alter character continues in this follow-up edition.

I enjoy this series but lets talk about the product itself. The book was not in the best condition and dust cover had holes in it, we look forward to get the best quality but all we get is disappointment.

I bought vol1 as a souvenir from NYC but by them time I finished reading it I coudn 't stop reading. The whole story is a must read as is the transition between two suits' era.
