Smd2835 led use 0.2 watts each 600 leds on the strip is 120 watts. why does it only come with a 24 watt power supply?

The power supply is 24 volts not watts there is a big difference between watts and volts.

What gauge of wire works for separating these strips and taking 90° turns?

You're dealing with pretty low current here. I'd say you could easily get away with 22 gauge hookup wire if you're planning on soldering (only dealing with 1amp here) or go with some pre-made 2 pin led connectors.

Can i dim these leds using a wall dimmer instead of the provided dimmer?

A regular wall dimmer meant for an incandescent light bulb wouldn't work. Would cause the LEDs to flicker and get damaged. As the other commenter said you have to get a smart LED dimmer that you can connect this to.

Is the 12v adapter enough for the 32 feet led stripes? to get it to light very bright or should i get a higher voltage adapter?
