Silicone Baking Mat Premium Kitchen Accessories - Bakeware and Kitchen Gadgets Reusable Baking Sheet

I've had these for a few weeks now. They are wonderful. I love how easy the cleanup is (not as easy as parchment, but much less wasteful). They do still have a smell to them but I haven't used them much so I'm hoping that will go away with time.

These mats are great at keeping things that would go in a baking sheet from sticking. They look OK, and the spatula is a nice addition. They don't perfectly fit the Farberware nonstick bakeware (10x15") that I bought (they overlap it a bit), but they are still usable with them. They roll up well, so they can be easily stored. They clean up easily. I'm not sure this is better than baking paper, however.Update: Jan. 22, 2018After using them several times, they are quite stained (a darkish brown) that doesn't come off, but they still are functional. If you want them to look better, I would suggest getting dark mats.

This is my second (requested) review and is the same as the first one - I love, love the mats and will probably get another set! Everything I have baked on them has come out fabulous - bread, rolls, cream puff shells. I have put each one on a rack on a pan - you need a pan for stability and the rack allows extra air to get under them and everything has turned out fabulous, no hard crusty bottoms! Baked goods slide right off and they are easy to wash, hang dry and then put away. Love them.

NOT SURE IF I LIKE USING THESE FOR BAKING COOKIES. THEY SEEM TO GET DARKER WHEN I USE THESE COMPARED TO WHEN I JUST PUT MY COOKIES DIRECTLY ON A COOKIE SHEET. I HAVEN'T TRIED USING THEM FOR ANYTHING ELSE.

These baking mats are great. They wash easily, save my baking sheets from residue, and make sure nothing sticks or burns onto the pan. Even the little spatula is a useful addition to my kitchen.I followed the instructions (and highly recommend doing so to all who purchase these) by "baking" the mats for about 15 minutes in the oven before using them the first time. After that, they were perfect for regular baking.And I know it shouldn't matter (but it does) ... I love the color. And that makes me happy.

I thought these would replace using foil, but I had to toss them as they were difficult to clean and stained.

They were a gift for my granddaughter - the family baker. She loves these mats, but ... she hasn't used them yet. She will. I will report back when she has. As for me, I like the look and the feel of them. The quality is there. She has used the little spatula already, and I really like that it was included. That was a thoughtful touch. The five stars is because I am pleased with what I see.
