We bought these as a gift for a 6-year-old and they were an absolute HIT! His mom told me that his older brother (7-year-old) woke up early the next day to play with them first before his brother got a chance to tell him "no", lol. They built with them for HOURS! I love that they are lightweight, don't hurt when you step on them (like Legos), and have a hole in the center (which will be safer if baby sister puts one in her mouth). These provide endless fun that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and active STEAM play. I HIGHLY recommend!

These are really cool and a great way to let little ones be creative! They are colorful and definitely catch the kids attention. Quality is very durable and does not snap or break, even when pushed hard. I will say that it is a bit harder than I expected to snap the pieces in place. My 3 year old has trouble playing with these independently, but my 5 year old does fine.

Want to get your kids using their creative side and playing independently? These are great to foster independent play and can be used with the youngest learners even to adults. We love to sit and build our own creations and help the kiddos follow directions to build their own. Very durable and long lasting. I’ve used these in my kindergarten classroom for years. My preschooler uses them as well. Great fine motor practice for younger kids.

We LOVE brain flakes!!! Great quality item, easy to put together and take apart, fun for all ages (my 2 year old love them and so does my friends 11 year old and all the kids in between, they will all play nice together for hours if we are playing with brain flakes). They are small so if your child still puts things in their mouth I would wait, they are a choking hazard, but if your children are out of the everything goes in their mouth phase don’t hesitate, get them, you won’t regret it!!
