Good for Flavoring Homebrew
I used this to flavor two batches of beer and both turned out great. Not artificial tasting at all. I used 1oz in a 6 gallon batch of an already berry-flavored sour beer to enhance the flavor. I also used 0.5oz in a 4.75 gallon batch of brown ale and it was just right to add a background note. Based on this, I wouldn’t use more than 0.75 oz in any 5-gallon batch of a lighter bodied beer or it may be too prominent.

Fast delivery and added great raspberry flavor!
I needed raspberry extract for a new cupcake recipe I wanted to make for Easter brunch. None of my local grocery stores carried it. I was so happy to find it on Amazon without costing an arm and a leg. It added great flavor to my rainbow sherbet cupcakes! Will definitely order again when I use this bottle up!

Packaging A+
The packaging was great. Packaged within plastic and then also bubble wrapped. Arrived in a box so that I wouldn't get squished in a cheap envelope. Haven't used the extract yet but I know I'm going to love it because I love their other flavors/products. I contacted the company to find out if the raspberry extract I ordered was clear or had a pink/red hue, customer service was awesome.

The smell is there but the taste is strange
Bought this to make cookies with and to flavor drinks but let me tell you. This item was interesting and really didn’t taste like real raspberries, it tasted more like alcohol.

Worked well in a pinch
I mixed it up a little bit and switched from making my trusty creme de menthe triple layer brownies and made a batch of raspberry cream triple layer brownie. My raspberry plant was being productive but the day I made them my dog had pilfered a majority and I was in a time crunch. I tried a small amount of this (in addition to some lemon and orange juice in the icing mix) and it made a really good raspberry layer, half a cup of red raspberries and a tsp of this extract. It was overly acrid in taste and was pleasant.

McCormick Never Fails
Exactly what I expected and didn't disappoint. Raspberry extract is not found locally so this was great alternative. As most extracts, this does contain alcohol so keep that in mind during sniff test. Don't recommend direct taste test as I've seen in other review lol. Received quickly and twice the normal size. Wonderful addition to my fudge recipe!

pricey but had too
I couldn't find this extract at any of my local grocery stores, even the expensive ones. So I had to order it here. it came in a timely manner and was not super over priced.

Add to hot cocoa if you like the taste of cough syrup
I bought this to flavor raspberry cocoa. Um yeah no... if you like the taste of Cough syrup then go for it. I even tried to let the alcohol evaporate before adding the cocoa. Still a hard pass for me. It’s probably fine for baked goods, but I haven’t tried yet.
