About seven weeks ago, I rolled my left ankle. Then my knees got to aching, then, while I was lifting feed bags (50lb) I managed to tweak my right wrist a little. I'm used to this. I've spent 48 years being a remarkable klutz. Luckily, I've always healed pretty quickly... until this last batch of life injuries. None of my injuries would stop hurting, so I called the doc and complained. He very delicately told me I was old (although he used much more politically correct word choices), and recommended the usual. Ice, anti-inflammatories, stay off of it blah blah blah.I told him I'd been doing those things for SIX weeks and no improvement... in fact I was thinking my knees were actually worse... He told me to take a joint repair supplement since "you're at a point in your life right now that you need to start doing some maintenance on your body" (translation: you're old and things are breaking down"). I've tried joint supplements. Glucosamine does distressing things to my intestinal tract...I offend MYSELF when I take those things.I found these things and thought there wasn't any harm in trying them before I started taking the pills that turn me into a skunk.One week. I've been eating these things for ONE WEEK. Knees are better, wrist is better, and ankle was better (until I rolled it again yesterday... not my fault. My husband's cat tried to assassinate me by making herself into a speed bump in the hallway). No vile stench wafting around me. I cannot BELIEVE how well this stuff works. Not kidding, I THOUGHT there was improvement at day 3, but I wanted to be sure. Could be that I finally healed, could be psychosomatic. Ask me if I care. I am going to keep taking these.

I purchased this for my Daughter she has lots of knee problems and back problems. She even walked crooked.After taking this she has improved greatly. It really helps in her day to day living. This will be her second bottleof this product. For her it has really helped and helped with the pain. It also doesn't bother her other medicine.She would recommend it and hope it helps you as much as it has helped her.
