Great book. But to get certified you have to pay for a $2,000.00 class this book is all they provide. I WAS PISSED TO PAY ALL THAT MONEY AND GET TAUGHT OUT OF THIS BOOK.

Jim Hayes certainly knows his stuff! Excellent content, phenomenal reference guide. This book has the information laid out so the novice can understand and also has enough depth for experts in the field to learn from. After purchasing this book I went back and ordered two more of Jim's books.

You can find this resource free online, but I liked having the ebook format. Well put together book, full of easy to understand information

this book was an excellent learning aid, the chapter tests were nearly word for word with the online practice exams and close to the FOA exam.. I passed, highest score in my class. and am now a CFOT

This book and the blue book are identical for the most part I'd go with this over the blue.
