Lasts only 12 uses. Strong scent, pleasant, superficial moisturising only (no lasting effect). Novel product, nice gift?
I was really looking forward to trying this when I saw it in my Amazon Vine list of goodies. Having now tried it, I am underwhelmed, but bear with me...I was intrigued to find out more about this product before it arrived. What is it? A body moisturiser, a perfume, a foam?!So I Google searched it. It actually has some quite detailed perfume claims:Top Notes: Mandarin, Strawberry, RaspberryHeart Notes: Jasmine, Wild raspberryBase Notes: Patchouli, Musk, PopcornWhen you use it, it's much like using a hair mousse. Shake it up, then press the nozzle cautiously, wondering how much product you'll waste. Admittedly, this has quite a decent nozzle which you can control to the amount you want to dispense. Top marks! There is a list of ingredients as long as your arm, warnings in 3 different languages but (surprisingly, being an unusual product) only minimal instructions on how to use it "Shake before use. Spray a small amount of foam into your hand and rub". I guess this means you can use it wherever on your body you wish to?The foam comes out blue, certainly not a natural product by any stretch of the imagination (!) It's easy to rub in to your body but I don't find that it goes a long way. The first time I applied it I went for my whole body as I normally would with a body moisturiser: arms, legs, stomach, back etc. You have to use quite a bit to cover your whole body...but actually, it's quite a strong scent, so having done this once I wouldn't really want to again as it smells like you bathed in perfume. This leaves me wondering how useful it really is as a moisturiser. It does soften your skin, but this effect is very superficial and washes off. There is no long lasting moisturising effect as with an oil or a body cream. Also, applying body product daily, I prefer a more natural ingredient list (but I know this is personal preference). Perfume I'll make an exception because I don't wear them every day.It does smell pleasant but I think their perfume claims are over-rated, it simply smells (at best) like an expensive body spray: a little bit citrussy, quite fresh and summery. I do like it and will happily use the rest of the can. However, I will use just a small amount on my upper body, more as a perfume than a moisturiser. It claims to have '400 applications'. I used the whole bottle and it only lasted 12 full body applications. What are they counting as 1 application? The tiniest squirt of mousse applied to your neck as a perfume? If it's claiming to be a body moisturiser "1 application" should be counted as applying the product to your whole body.SUMMARYI admit, was drawn in by the funky packaging, and it certainly looks cool. It would make a nice 'safe' gift for a younger lady into her beauty gimmicks.I would not repurchase this for myself because I'd rather use a natural moisturiser and choose a nicer perfume to use less frequently.Estimated cost is £10-13 as I could not find a UK seller and Amazon don't currently state the cost. It's cheap as a perfume but expensive as a body moisturiser.

Scent does linger longer than most...........
Strange product - foam perfume! Gave it to my wife and 28 year old daughter to experiment with.First my 55 year old wife "Never seen anything like this before, a moisturiser stroke perfume in a foam format. The upside is that it does retain it's scent for longer than most spray or splash- ons and that includes the more expensive brands. Also moisturises the skin somewhat but you would not want to use it like a normal moisturiser all over the body. Nobody could stand the smell! The downside is the smell remains on your hands big time after every application, big no no if working with or preparing food, also no good if working in healthcare. Have to wash my hands thoroughly after each use. Not the sort of thing I would carry in my handbag to use as a freshening up perfume. The scent is not at all unpleasant although a little on the "sweet" side for me. As I am very active at work, on the go 8 hours a day, I did find that in some regions where I had applied the foam, there was a slight blocking of the pores which meant I was sweating unevenly. All in all a rather strange product that might have a little difficulty in finding it's niche?"Second my 28 year old daughter. "I am sat in an office all day unlike Mum who is running around for 8 hours a day so I have had no sweat or blocked pores problems. I quite like the scent, seems to be rather flowery which pleases me Did not find it "sweet" but perfume is a very personal thing. Agree on the scent remaining on the hands, can be a bit overpowering so have to wash hands straight after use. Seems fairly economical, you don't need a lot, just squirt a little foam into the hand and rub it in where you want it. "Paper Shaker" is a funny name for a perfume but so is "Diesel" or "Joop" I guess? One rather negative point is that the list of ingredients seems terrifying, as a dumb blonde banker I have no idea of what any of them are and have to wonder if all those chemicals are good for my skin?""Don't know if it comes in other scents or just this one. Be cool if they could produce all the better known perfume brands in this format? "Cared for in France" is written on the dispenser which I guess is the same as "Made in France"? Price wise up to about £17 or £18 would not be amiss, anything over that I would feel was overpriced. Maybe a testing station on Perfume counters to experiment other and new scents assuming there are others? Would recommend for fellow office workers and back room staff like myself as the scent does linger for much longer than some of it's much more expensive cousins."

Sticky but moisturisers well
I was offered this to review so I don't actually know how much it is in order to suggest the value for money but as an item I truly didn't like it. It took me a while to get my head around it being a mousse but I was assured by my daughter that there were already such items on the market. I found a small amount went a long way and it did moisturise my skin nicely for the day but I wasn't too keen on the scent and my hands needed washing after application whereas when I've used perfumed body lotions it soaks in nicely. My daughter also tried it and we both smelled entirely different, you could hardly smell it on her. However she did say when out walking for the day it was attracting all the wasps. Not something I'd like to use again.

Strange but I quite like it
This is not like any body spray I've used before. It's a pale blue coloured mousse which you squirt onto your hand and rub on. It's not the kind of thing you'd keep in your handbag and top up during the day like you could with a normal spray. It's maybe slightly moisturising, but not as much as a lotion. It's not at all greasy and it runs in quite easily. The fragrance is quite strong, but contrary to other reviewers, I quite like it.The downside for me is that after you've used it, the palms of your hands are fragranced, which is not great if you're planning on preparing food any time soon after you apply it. I'm not sure I'd get it again, but it's quite fun as a novelty.
