the unit was supposed to have 3 replacement filters it came with 1 I sent email and 1 hour later the owner of the company called explained what happened an said he will send the missing filters and they arrived when he said they would cant get any better than that as far as the shower itself its the third brand I have tried and by far the best because of both the quality and customer service he has a life long customer
