First off this is a purchase you can feel really good about because it's a small business. It came with an adorable business card that said "you are loved" and had a super sweet message on the back. The cup is super sturdy, it's bigger than I thought it would be, it's made of glass and feels like great quality. It was packaged really minimally yet very well with no plastic so there shouldn't be any risk of breakage. I would totally recommend this company and this product.

Purchased as a gift for a friend. Very cute cup! Seems very dependable for holding both cold and hot liquids, but I would not recommend dropping the cup to test out its durability. It doesn't feel thin or cheap and it holds a considerable amount of liquid and fits nicely in the hand thanks to its shape. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice cup or a nice gift!

IT'S ADORABLE!! I love it so much, it holds a small amount and gets hot to the touch easily but it's so cute that it's definitely worth the money! The packaging was great too! (◠‿・)—☆

Its SOO cute!!! It looks just the photo. No cracks, or imperfections. There's a thinner part around the rim to make it easier to drink. This is now my favorite cup!!! 😍😍

It was shipped in a thin paper box and a plastic bag without any padding, it sounded like a box of puzzle when I picked it up in my mailbox, safety hazard for the postman! Can’t even tell it was a drinking glass, just many pieces of shattered glass with eyes and mouth.

My daughter has been telling me about this “adorable” mug so I decided to get her it. First of all it was a bit expensive, second of all, I ordered this on January 5th! It said it would arrive around the 28th which made my daughter a bit sad but she agreed on waiting. Today is January 26th and guess what e-mail I got? An e-mail informing me that my order had been cancelled! My daughter was so excited! Her heart got crushed when I told her. I’m very disappointed... would NOT recommend.

What a disappointment! I bought this cute glass cup for my aunt & uncle for Christmas. Upon arrival, it was already broken into many pieces. I shouldn't be surprised - the cup was only protected by one layer of bubblewrap inside a small box. I'm getting a refund & purchasing another one with my fingers crossed!
