Pagani Huayra 1/18 Gold

This is simply the most detailed replica I've ever purchased. I can't imagine the Auto-Art versions being that much better. I do know that the Auto-Art version comes with a replica 5-piece luggage set, just like the real Huayra, and the front opens, but I don't think those differences are worth the price difference.On this particular version, the gull wing doors open to reveal an extremely nice and detailed interior. The seat belt straps are actually made of cloth! The one and only interior detail I can find fault with is the foot pedals. The're just a one-piece molded assembly that looks rather toy-ish and out of place compared to the detail of the rest of the interior.The engine compartment opens to reveal a very detailed engine...the exhaust pipes even have the purple tinge that chrome pipes get after being hot for a while.One thing that I was not expecting for this price was that the flaps are all articulated.There's really not much I can say that can do justice to what it's like to actually see it. I'll put it this way, I wasn't too crazy about ordering it in gold, but that's all that was available. When it arrived and I opened the box, my first reaction was "Whoa! Awesome!" I have quite a few diecast replicas of very good quality and detail, but none have elicited that kind of initial response before!

Compared to other models of this quality, it should be priced around $90. It was bought as a gift, so I kept it. The detail is great. I just subtracted one star due to the pricing.

But include several flaws.Such as tires feeling plastic and less detailed expression about exhaust inside pipes.However very good opt compared to the price.
