I use these pins for hand appliqué and they are fantastic! No fabric distortion at all and this brand is quite strong for such an ultra fine pin. I have used Karen Kay Buckles's Perfect Pins for hand appliqué in the past and I find that these are better...stronger and not as bendy. Perfect for sewing at the machine too!
