I've been using Canon brand ink exclusively for two years and had to order some ink for an upcoming art show. Canon ink was going to take too long to arrive, so I gambled on this ink. I've only had to replace my Yellow and Light Gray so far, but they work great! The packaging is a little different from Canon - there's a little less plastic and no cardboard boxes for each individual color, which is nice! Do be sure to remove the orange pull tab on the *top* of the cartridge before installing or you will get no color from it. I completely overlooked this tab bc it's pretty easy to miss and my yellow wasn't working at all. I took the yellow cartridge back out, removed the tab, and ran a few small-scale test prints. It took about 4-5 small prints (they were about 3"x3" each) before my yellow was running as normal again. With the exception of that one user error, the ink works great so far! Nothing has busted on me and no leaking.

Worth the money to get real thing! Vivid colors- high quality.

So far working well - but you DO have to be careful when taking off the orange cap, as some do leak at first....just have a paper towel ready to wipe off before inserting each cartridge. A LOT cheaper than the Canon price!

So far no issues. I have been replacing cartridges as needed in my printer. No detectable difference in quality from the oem peer.

I wanted to love these inks. It is the first time I am using off brand inks in my printer. I tried it to save money. But no go! The colors are terrible! The only color I can print is maybe the black. And even the black gives me a dark brown color. Reds are brown and sometimes pink. I ran tests to unclog and align my printer and every test I could run and still nothing. I am so sad.I am going back to genuine Canon inks. So sad it did not work out for me.

Have printed close to 15 prints now and printer still reads full ink. for the price, you literally can’t beat the quality. Slight slight adjustment from canon oem ink but it’s easy to adjust.

Works same quality as original, vivid color, very easy to install. I don’t have any problem at all. I’m glad I found this seller at amazon. Good customer service!! Buy more and more…Thanks.....

I ordered a set of these and couldn't get the Magenta or Cyan to work at all... so I got a replacement set and then they worked, but then one of the greys got really streaky. I tried everything, I cleaned the print head, realigned it, kept running different tests but it only got worse... Ended up ordering Canon ink and returned both sets of this ink. The Canon ink worked perfectly right away.So, if you can get lucky with the ink and it's a good batch and works for you then it's totally worth the price. The colors honestly look great when they are flowing. But I am an artist and need to have something reliable that prints well every time so for me it ended up not being worth it.P.S. I used almost half the ink up just running tests and cleaning, really didn't print that much so I'm not sure how long it will last. So probably should keep that in mind for the price too.

I wanted so badly for these cartridges to be a good alternative to the original Canon inks but sad to say don't print anything with these inks that you want to keep. The colour fades fast and faster still if you use photo paper in my experience. Maybe a spray of fixative might help, I haven't tried that.
