Small dosage and letterbox friendly
I have been taking 5HTP for 3 years and feel it does help with sleep and keeping one's mood up. I have slowly reduced the amount I take and was looking for a 50mg dose, of which there are not many! Happy with this product, came quickly and I do like the letterbox friendly packet.

I took this and it made my mental health 10x worse. I was manic and angry.
