I have only been using the vitamins for a week so I can't give it five stars just yet. I am a road warrior. I live on airplanes and stay at hotels most of the time. My diet is usually quite horrible. I eat fast food or anything that is quick and can be taken on the go. My kids have been sick with a cold all week since I started taking these vitamins and I usually catch anything and everything that goes around. So far, I am doing well with no sniffles, cough or runny nose. However, the most important thing for me is that it does not upset your stomach. There is nothing worse than having to use the restroom urgently. Lastly, I only take two vitamins a day. I take one with lunch and one with dinner. Most of the time I don't eat breakfast.

took these for about a month - usually 2 a day (they recommend up to 3 a day) - until the bottle was gone. they were tough to swallow so beware - they need a better coating on them to alleviate this. didn't feel any more energy or stamina - but my urine turned real bright yellow while taking these! for the price - i was unimpressed. try it yourself, though. maybe you'll have better results.

love the pills as i do feel like it is working as i peeded super green meaning i was taking it more that my body can so i just take maybe 2 pills a day one in morning one in the evening. the only problem was that the claim that gives you a boost in enery never happened with me and the price is higher than anything else but i dont mind trying it.

I was looking recently for a multivitamin that pretty much covered all the bases like my old vitamins. I used One a day for a year and before that it was Fresh Start Vitamins which I really enjoyed but they can get expensive. I came across this add for the Elite Man Multivitamin on Amazon which sounded pretentious but I thought what the heck. I read more into the product and found out that it also has energy and Probiotic aids, green foods such as wheat grass, fruit extracts like pomegranate, mushrooms like shiitake, Omega oils and digestive enzymes which are definitely something that is great in one vitamin, well, three tablets a day, not one. The Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes has helped tremendously with my digestive system. I was already taking those supplements with another set of tablets and it is great that all that is in just one product. I take them in the morning and I have elevated energy throughout the day which helps a lot. The This is an awesome product and I will continue to use this product.

I was feeling really fatigued for several months and bought two bottles for me and my guy. I wasn't finding that my women's formula vitamins were helping. So read the ingredients and was very impressed to try for myself. It's was less than three days, before I started having much more energy. I started off with the three tablets a day as recommended, and had so much energy and focus within the first week, I couldn't wind down in the evenings. Cut it back to two tablets a day (sometimes skipping a day or two per week), and I am now very pleased with the results. Will definitely plan to use the women's formula when developed. I am also hoping that the company considers a liquid formula as the absorption rates are much better for the body. Not sure how well it worked for my guy, but I'm not sure how regularly he took it.

Unlike the others here who received a "complimentary" bottle to rate this product highly, I purchased this to test the effects.As a daily energy drink consumer, I thought this would be a great alternative to the energy drink, nope. This did absolutely nothing.Don't waste your money on this.

I have to say I was a bit skeptical about it's claims. So upon trying it out I just said Oh Well, Let's just see what happens. I came down with a severe cold that my wife had been dealing with for over two weeks. I started Vitamin Elite on a Monday the cold had not really set in yet By Wednesday I was really sick and By Saturday I just have some residual symptoms left, meanwhile my wife is on her 3rd week and just beginning to feel better. Now I can't say that the vitamin is what improved or should I say recover so quickly but I sure do feel much better and more energetic in just 5 short days. So all ready I am very pleased with this product. I will just have to see if I continue now to improve. I will update at the 30 day mark.

I bought this because of all the ingredients in it and it seem to work fine. My only issue is that some component that's in the ingredients, I seem to be slightly allergic to.
