Sony SHAKE-99 4800W Bluetooth Wireless Music System

I'm glad that there's a lot of reviews on here about damaged shipments because I checked out the contents before signing; mine was sent two-day to North Dakota and arrived in excellent shape! UPS guy wouldn't deliver it because it was too heavy so I called his boss and two old guys showed up with it within 10 minutes, hehe. Regardless, this is a killer - ass system and out of fear of irritating my neighbors, it prompted me to meet them and say hi! Everyone loves a badass sound system, so I made some new friends in the process. Worth every penny!

It came with two boxes: controller (20 lbs) and (a pair of) speakers (200 lbs). I was happy to receive it in 2 days by Amazon Prime, but guess what? UPS crushed the box (because it's so HEAVY), and of course the speakers inside are miserably damaged. Unfortunately, I signed the package receipt and later found the damage days after. Now I am frustrated how I can return this cluelessly heavy box back to Amazon. Sony should have designed separate boxes for each speakers. Amazon should have used Freight truck, not UPS.

Its a great system and I love it either if my neighbors does not like it. I have an issue with it that when they delivered I think they dropped and one of the corners its broken but works fine

From the first click to order this product to setting it up in my cave, the experience was beautiful. Delivery was on time, the guy from ABF could have just gotten my signature and left but he helped carry the larger box into my house ( I had no idea my trolley would be useless with the bigger box) if he hadn't helped, it would have been a very frustrating situation. Nothing broken. This sound system is a beast, probably an overkill as i only need it in the house.

Best powerful system I have ever bought. This was over a year ago. To bad this is not available anymore or I would purchase one more for twice the power.

I kept seeing negative reviews but it wasn't because of the product being bad or anything, it was all based on how it got shipped and if it got damaged in the process, so I took my chances and ordered it through Sony for an additional $200 and the fact that I received it in pristine condition, the extra 200 was worth it to me.Now on to my review on how this product actually works, it's really not complicated at all, I at first had a hard time playing burned MP3's but it turned out that it had something to do with how my laptop was burning them, so I got that resolved.I am a speaker person, without a doubt, the tweeters put out an amazing crystal clear sound.The 10 inch and 18 inch woofers coordinate well with the Mids and Lows that it puts out.And the 4 inch Tweeters are amazing as well, the clarity on the Treble/Hi notes gives it a great balance, especially if you're into bass type of music, there are settings in the receiver for preference or to enhance playback.Bass Bazuca is an option, it will put out an incredible amount of bass but if you want less bass, just turn it off and you will hear more of the Mids & Hi's.I am very happy with this product, might seem like a lot of money at first but when it comes down to it, I was very pleased. You also have the option to pick different LED patterns and LED colors for the lights & when I played some house/trance music to see how the lights flickered to the music, it blew me away.I have given more than enough words for this product, there are many more options that come with it, I just don't want to draw this out any longer than necessary, I love it.Thx Sony!!!!

The sound is analog and so are the inputs 2 but it has NFC and Blue tooth for digital and that it I have multiple tablets on the blue tooth at once so thats cool, it has a 10 inch woofer and 18 inch sub plus a 4 inch mid and 3 inch tweeter in both speakers they weight enough that lifting requires help they make yiu home look like you got them from a club or disco honestly the wife was less than pleased with the apperance these are more of a man cave item, my living room is 30 feet by 40 feet and if you crank it up to max (50) you will need to replace you light fixtures hanging from the ceilings and you will be getting visited by the neighbor's shortly, the wattage seams like its rated at 4800 and its got to be real close to that you can feel a wave of bass at volume 40 , I like to keep it at 32 or so but I also noted that this system when I tested all the models at a store when cranked up had no distortion, this is almost a club stereo and I think you could do partys or tent this out for events if you buy furniture dollys for the speakers , the head unit has some cooling fans and the menus and remote are spot on sony standard the led lights have selectable color or just white strobe, I prefer the strobe they dance to the beat most of the time, if size is a problem get the unit just under this model it sounds great also and is half the size, this unit really is reminiscent of the 80s next find a sony 400 cd changer
