Portable Steam Sauna fits Massage Tables red

Not much to say, it actually burst into flames mid session. It was just as frightening as you would think. The tent material is flammable. Was able to put it out fast but could have definitely burned down the house if I wasn't aware. Just contacted customer service about it but buyers should know this is can happen.

I'm a licensed massage therapist and I have been using the Steamflex in my practice. I have a client that has Parkinson's Disease I uses the Steamflex for 20 minutes before his massage, since I have been doing this his body is much more relax and he has notice less tremors.

The actual unit I had to replace within a month of purchasing. They were quick to get me a new unit! Customer service gets a A+I like this product but it is hard to get in and out with a bad neck.

I'm not sure yet I received my product but I didn't receive the waterproof sheet so then it was sent and went to use it and the sauna doesn't work so I haven't used it yet. I am happy to know I should receive a new sauna in a day or 2. It has been a long process but I'm happy to know I will be able to start using it soon. I suffer from chronic pain. I will differently give another c review if I'm happy and it all works. I think it would help me but I can't say yet. Not happy c with the long process for the price. But I understand there were out of stock. I just hope it works as well as I think it Will. I purchased this product through [...] I have a massage therapist coming to my home on a weekly basis to give massages to me and my husband. On one visit he brought this steam sauna and we tried it. We enjoyed the steam very much and decided to purchase one for our own individual use, rather than share it with others. It is easy to set up and clean, however you will need someone to adjust the heat from time to time if it becomes too hot. Other than that, I think this product is very unique, affordable and priced right for anyone who enjoys the benefits of massage without the need and expense of a large stationary sauna..

I am a massage therapist and my clients LOVE this Steamflex steam tent!! I had a problem with the steam generator after having the product for over a year and the Customer Service went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I had a new generator within a few days. Highly recommend!
