Scout 7 Inch Android Tablet - White

Had a few problems trying to figure out various functions (never used an android device), but works well and meets my expectations.

It was awful. The keyboard showed up and went away before I even got to type what was needed, and it was so small I could only touch it with one finger. And when I typed letters, they didn't show up as the same letters I typed. One of them was an umlat (two dots above a letter), and they didn't even show up on the keyboard. I was so frustrated with the thing I finally gave up. It was terrible. I send the thing back. UGH!! UGH!! UGH!!

I guess I can't complain much about features because this is a real actual working Android device for not much money. Everything is pretty basic about it, including somewhat blurry screen but that was expected - you get what you pay for. The included screen protector was a nice touch.My complain is about the battery - I think my device spent much time somewhere in a warehouse so the battery is so old it won't hold charge for long. It is barely enough for 6 hours after full charge without doing anything on it - it just sat on my desk and died. So I am not sure if this is a problem with the product or just the fact that it is probably very old. In any case, I would not recommend buying it. I saw similarly priced options with later Android (4.4 KitKat) which are probably much more fresh than this device.

I got this for my daughter for christma. It worked wonderful for the first three days. Tonight she was charging it and it overheated and melted the white case it came with. The charger was so hot I could not touch it as was the tablet. It is not thr outlet it was plugged into as i have used the same outlet to charge her sister and my electronics. She was not using it during this time period as I told her let it charge and then when it's full you can play with it. I am not a happy parent and would like to know if I have to go through the warranty I purchased or can I have this thing exchanged. My daughter is in tears because her present from Santa no longer works.

Both of my boys bought on of these after cracking their other tables.It is a great deal! We have put in the expanded sd card for storage and it works just as well or better than my dell tablet that was 3 times the price. They have a LOT less lag than the old tables that broke.We have one in black and one in white and they are both very attractive and have decent battery life. Will buy one for myself if my dell ever dies!

So far the tablet has been great. We also have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. The tab 4 has a better speed and response with clearer resolution but also cost more than 4x the price of the Scout. Overall, a pretty solid tablet.

I bought this for my son because of the price and the other positive reviews. It worked okay for a few weeks and then was so slow it seemed unusable. I looked at it and put whatever I could on the SD card, but we hadn't put that much on the tablet in the first place. It is way to slow - and my son won't use it - neither will I.

Tell th truth,this tablet is trash,when u buy something cheap an have to send it back ,it makes u Wana go all out and get the best..Il never order a offbrand tablet again,it's stuck in demo mode with big red letters..U get wat u pay for..
