Excellent body weights, great for therapeutic use!
I'm writing this review for my mom, as she has problems with cartilage in both her knees , need exercise, and needs balance, strongly recommended by her doctors. I'd like this review to be beneficial for you, in comparison to you.Since my mom can only handle a 1 pound weight per leg, she can feel extra weight and strength go right to her ankle, or arm (depending where she places it. In the beginning, it was hard for her to have them on (I'll talk about that in a bit), because she knew extra pressure was giving her support for her body. She frequently has them on and does little walking to give her strength where she needs it.As for how they feel, the velcro strips makes the weights very sturdy on your ankles or wrists. The thought of not having the weights flop around is very beneficial. Once you strap on the weight set, they do not move. Although you may sweat a little where you had the weight set strapped. These weights are very very beneficial for giving you strength when you need it, great for therapeutic use (doctor recommended), and good for giving your body the tone its always needed. I would absolutely recommend these, but determine which weight poundage is right for you, before you consider buying. I bought a 4 pound weight set for me. Read that review for a slightly more detailed description (under my name).

Stay Secured And Work.
These ankle weights indeed do work. I started off with the 1 pound per weight as I wanted tp wear them during My work day to help give My legs a work out, as I work in the medical field and do a lot of walking. These ankle weights are easy to put on and take off and they do stay in place which is an A + in My book. While of course Your ankles will sweat while wearing these, that is a small insignificance to how well they work. They stay secure and even stay place underneath socks. While they may make the sock look bumpy, it is easily disgused by pants. I have been using these for almost a month now and I can for sure feel it in My Legs, mainly My calves after use the next day, and am starting to see My muscle slowly form again. I highly suggest these ankle weights.

I LOVE THESE!
I LOVE THESE!!!! I am recovering from an accident, and am very limited as to what I can do for a workout. You'd think just adding 4lbs (2lbs on each leg) couldn't do much? BUT LET ME TELL YOU IT DOES!!! I have felt strength and activation in my leg muscles that I hadn't had strength in in a very long time, and that's only with one use! However, I do realize, and am aware these aren't miracle cures to healing my legs on their own. I or anyone else using these will have to actively and consistently exercise to see permanent results of rebuilding atrophied muscles. But this is DEFINITELY a great tool to help in that! They are very comfortable, easy to put on ,and they stay in place once you secure them.

BEST ANKLE WEIGHTS from a Walker 🙋🏻♀️👏🏽👏🏽
Best ankle weights I’ve ever bought! I’ve boughten many pairs & these are GREAT! I was hesitant that these would be any different than the others I’ve boughten over the years, I bought the 1lb each to try em out and WOW, not BULKY, SUPER COMFY, I can’t even tell I’m wearing them, VERY easy to wear, I wear for walking but have started wearing all day cus there so discreet that I can wear these and can’t notice them, I have wrist weights that are 1lb each that are SOO BULKY n BIG, I wish they were like these ankle weights, I’m buying the 1.5 and few sets for friends n family, I can’t say enough on these, BEST BEST, happy I found these here🙋🏻♀️

Not the best fitting ankle weights
I was disappointed in the way these weights fit around my ankle. The weighted part was too short, leaving a 3-4 inch gap where the scratchy strap rubbed on my ankle. I will add I have very small ankles so this condition would be worse with the average person. Since the weight was not evenly distributed along the length of the ankle it led to a "swinging" effect when exercising. I got these for Physical therapy for a patellar tendinitis condition so I'm looking for a smooth device. I'm returning these.
