very loud and clear but not reliable in connectivity

Definitely worth the purchase.
Nice bit of kit. Very loud so good for the people who are hard of hearing. Didn't seem to have any lag on it and instructions were pretty clear on connection. Worth the buy I like it.

Not fit for purpose
Connects ok works out of the box receive audio ....OK transmitted audio...none existent. Total waste of money , the instruction leaflet is not good even the combination button presses are wrong , turned off sql ( that's what it said in my ear) but that didn't make any difference, the transmitted audio is so quiet it's unusable. Would not recommend this Bluetooth set, it's gone back for full refund. Avoid this unit any of the reviews that say its good must have dropped lucky.

This device works very well in my safety environment. I CAN keep my hand in my pocket and communicate with the rest of the team by pushing a remote button. There are no wires between the button, the transmit receive portion or the earpiece. Doesn't have noise reduction or noise cancelling. That's what makes it a little difficult to use in a really noisy environment or a venue where music is being played. I still think it's well worth the money

I bought this headset about a year ago and it has worked very well. No complaints. Unfortunately, I have lost the silicone ear tip and cannot find a suitable replacement. Can you help?

Facile d'utilisation et simple à mettre en oeuvre ( 2min ) utilisé dans mon cas avec un Retevis RT3S ( compatible Kenwood , Retevis, Baofeng,.... ) c'est génial , la réception est très bonne et l'émission aussi car j'ai tester avec plusieurs personnes . Rapidité d'envoie par Amazone :)))))
