I got this product delivered after waiting for 45 days. Even package tracking said it was delivered but it came after a week. Contacted customer service but no use. Once package came I opened and amazed at the assembly instructions. There was literally one copy of assembly instructions which is almost dried-out copy as if they copied with a machine where no more ink. HORRIBLE. Once I figured out and assembled, it's wiring with REMOTE is FUNNY. The moment you plugin whether you press buttons or not...they light up it massages with buzzing sound and stops. The buttons on REMOTE DONT WORK. What kind of product you are selling?I have contacted you and will get my money back if I dont hear proper response and remediation.2-11-2020 feedback:Based on replacement chair by WIN-WIN, I can say that chair is working as advertised. Wish the heating is better than the way it is working, very slow heat. Also massaging is more of vibration on those spots. Other than that, the chair is okay office chair.

The massage function is a little weak, but it is a very comfortable and stylish chair.

I love this chair. Our workplace is freezing so the heat on this chair is great and for my sciatic nerve, it is helping that as well!

Don't believe any favourable reviews. This chair was such a disappointment. The instructions are vague at best, the assembly is difficult, the heat is luke warm, the massage feature is loud and just a mild vibration and the seller will not refund the product. A waste of time and money. This was meant to be a Valentine's Day gift for my girlfriend for her office. Please don't buy.

You get what you pay for it works well and doesn’t fall apart

Bought this chair January 31st, broke September 7th. The bottom caster wheel assembly broke in half sending me flying to the floor. The heat is very weak and you can't have heat on without massage. The massage function isn't horrible but not the best. I would not recommend this to anyone.
