About an hour before my workout I empty one of these shots into a 12oz. glass of water. I am one to get winded and stop for short breaks. I noticed a huge difference in my endurance at that point when I know I've hit my wall. My body manages to keep going even after I hit my wall. This stuff is awesome. I ran out of this and haven't had it for two weeks and I see the huge difference. This will replace my Rockstar energy drink during the day as well because this one shot will last me all day. And even keeps me mentally going. Love it! Get it!

Doesn't work and it's too expensive. There's no way to seal it, so if you don't use it all at one time, it spills on everything.

I used to get these occasionally when I ran out but this last batch tasted horrid. I couldn't drink any of them because they tasted expired. Such a waste of money
