WOW!.. First move away from using a standard type hose (what took me so long!) This is an exceptional hose.. great price.. great quality.. great pressure.. Ideal for moving around the garden and getting in to the awkward places without damaging plants etc.. Easily stored.. Highly recommended!

So far so good. Seems made to a good quality standard, no leaks or other big issues. I did have a lot of trouble trying to get a connector for my tap as it didn’t come with one but I think that’s just because I’ve got an odd shaped tap. It stretches out nicely and shrinks back up quickly as the water is emptied from it. The spray gun attachment is easy to use and I like that it has the different modes.. e.g spray, stream, cone etc.. my only real negative with this is I find it extremely heavy but I do have a chronic illness so that MAY just be me being a bit of a weakling 😬

Old garden hose kept falling apart. This hose is something else. Easy and light to use, makes life a bit easier at the end of a hot day. Would recommend.

negatives are the instructions are pointless and tell you nothing and the provided storage clamp is very flimsy ,positves are its by far the best hospipe I have ever owned and great value for money just hope it lasts .

There were no clear instructions. So I had to look at the images in the product description online. Note this was still very confusing, as there were also lots of loose rubber washers. Also, one of the silver ball bearings appeared missing in one end of the connector. When I finally did manage to assemble the hose and tap end to the right places, there were leaks (constant flow & not just dribbles) coming out at both ends. I basically assumed it would be a straightforward attach and use hose, but it is by far not the case! Unfortunately, I’ve now passed the return date window so will just have to dispose of it now. So a waste of money and my time.

There was a slight problem with the connector to the trigger when I received it, but the supplier resolved this incredibly quickly and their level of communication and customer service was first rate. The hose seems sturdy, and I am hopeful it will stand up to the rigours of heavy use. So far, so good!The hose does expand to the full 100 feet, which is why I chose it as my garden extends that length from the outside tap. I dropped one star, as, when watering the corner of the garden furthest from the tap, the outflow is far greater than the inflow from the tap which does restrict how long one can continuously water the garden for before pausing and allowing the hose to refill and get to the extremities. Not a deal breaker, but a minor irritation.Otherwise, I am very happy with this hose.

Very disappointed with the hose. The hose may well extend to a good length (100foot hose purchased) once you have allowed time for the water to fill the hose but as soon you press the trigger to release the water the hose shrinks back and the water flow slows down dramatically. Very disappointed with the product. I had bought a curly hose prior to this which did not curl back so placed my hopes on this type of hose as I was fed up with the common style of hose kinking. Hose may work better if only a short hose is required.

When i first got this i thought it didn't come with the correct attachment for a standard outside tap, it was only when i went to the shop to get the correct fitting that i realised the attachment comes apart in a way i didnt realise. If this had have been better explained in some documentation that came with the hose it would have saved me the trip to the shop.Overall great piece of kit, although i wish id bought the longer version
