Stop in Time 5 minute shower timer by AM Conservation

I have previously bought the same timer except a round one, eventually it wouldn't stick in the shower, kept falling, eventually broke. I like this is an octagon shape, we have it sitting on a shelf. We're all out normally before the timer is up. Has made my family more aware of water conservation.

Terrible design and non-functional product. The suction cup doesn't stick and the clock keeps falling into the bath tub. Also, whenever you turn the hour glass, all the "sand" does not fall into the bottom, it gets stuck halfway. I returned this item.

Bought two of these to help cut down on water use, and make my son more aware of how long he was in the shower. When I first went to use the timer it stopped running, some of the sand grains had gotten caught in the neck of the hourglass so I had to shake it to ge it working again. Also, when I timed the timer it only ran for 4:40 not 5 minutes. It was easy for my son to use but it just keeps popping of the wall. He now just uses it sitting on the side of the shower. While I didn't expect much for this price I did expect it to stick to the wall and have an accurate time.

The salt runs through the timer ok, but it won’t stay stuck to the wall. I have it propped up on my shower caddy, which is ok I guess, but you can’t see it as clearly. I’d say this is only worth buying if you have somewhere to lean it against. Shame, as it’s otherwise a great idea.

Works but it does fall off the wall.

One of my favorite sounds is when the little one shouts, "I beat the timer!"When visiting family a couple months ago, we noticed they had one of these in their shower. I ordered two for our home, and they have made it fun to try to beat the timer when showering! It's tough to beat a 5-min. timer, and I tend to have to flip it over again for at least another half, but it helps me remember to try to go faster, wasting much less water, and time, in getting ready to go places. It will also be fun to see the water bill go down!

Great idea, but it falls short of what it’s advertised. It is fairly cheap plastic for the price paid and there are no lettering on the face of the timer. The suction cups is terrible and does not stick well at all. I had to use Industrial Strength waterproof Velcro.

Completely incapable of sticking to the wall. I've gotten it to stick for a max of maybe 20 seconds. And there's no way you'd be able to rotate it without it falling off. It did time about 5min though. So its okay if you have a flat shoulder-high shelf to place the timer, I guess.
