Hi David, If you purchase this from Callow Retail, Garden Secrets or Garden Store Direct then the unit is UK ready. Any supplier outside of the UK does not have a unit that is UK compliant.

Hello Mr Froggatt, yes this item is powered by gas but you would need to purchase LPG/Butane (Patio heater gas) to run this item, it will not run off the standard BBQ gas bottle.

Q: Hi, will it work on mains gas/ in the Uk?

Dear Anita, No you can not use mains gas to power this item as this BBQ is designed for outdoor use only, you can not use this indoors.
