This set of 25 pre-soldered micro litz wired leads features super small pink SMD LEDs (0603 size) designed for tight spaces. Each LED operates at 3-3.3Vdc and comes with a durable resin cover for protection. The wires are color-coded for easy identification, making them perfect for various projects.

Some have unreliable solder connection
The LED's come with some isolating coating on the wires. One needs to make sure to remove the coating if the wire needs to be shortened (probably in most cases). The brownish wire is the Anode and the silver is the cathode. When removing the coating, it can happen that the wire on the LED comes loose. I had 3 so far that became unusable. Re-solder isn't a great option, since the solder pad on the LED maybe corroded in the first place. Naturally, they are to be handled with care. Good thing, there are 25 in the package! They also include 25 1/4 Watt 390 Ohm resistors for current limiting. With the 390 Ohm the led is bright enough @ 5V. Since there aren't any data sheets, one has to trust that the 390 Ohm is the correct value. I use them as incandescent light, basically behind a switch cover. All over, they are fine for small lighting applications, with limited space available.

UV LEDs will cure resin
Bought these to create an ultra-small LED lamp to cure the interior of hollow 3d Resin Prints. Tested the LED out on a drop of resin, and lo and behold, it cures the resin. Now my plan is to cure the exterior, then stick these into teh drain holes and leave for several minutes to cure the interior completely.

Very small, useful and fairly durable.
I love these things. I'm a hobby electronics guy, I like to drill out plastic models and shove these things in them. Due to how small the head is, this makes it really easy to pull that off. I power them with a standard coincell CR battery with no resistors or other electronics in the way.The wires are actual copper so they can be soldered. Except for the bottom half inches, there is a clear thin coating on them to prevent the wires from touching. If you want to cut the wires shorter you can use a bit of sandpaper to remove that coating.

Great lights!
Great lights but remember they are 3 volt. I messed up two of them when I applied 12 volts. Pretty sparks for that 1/2 second!

Super bright with 3v
Love the resistors included! Not sure about longevity because I haven’t completed my project.

Super easy to use. All you need is a power source.
Update 04/23/2020:Wanted to update this review as I'm buying the $30 multi pack now, so I added a few more pics to this to show how this looks on my RG Sazabi and my RG Nu Gundam. I've since learned I prefer using a 3V coin battery rather than an old iPhone cable. Since these SMDs are made for 3v I don't have to add a resistor to my circuit. In case anyone is wondering I didn't have to mod my RG Sazabi at all for the SMD to fit. All I did was used magnet wire (thinnest wire you can get) and since theres empty space within the cockpit in the head, all I had to do was secure the SMD in there. The photos I used are before I tried the magnet wire and 3v coin. I'm still learning and I'm getting better at this. The RG Nu Gundam I used a pin vise and drilled a small hole in the clear plastic piece used for the eyes and was easily able to put it in and run the magnet wire. On a 3v coin battery alone I was able to have the eye powered up non stop for about a full week until it started to lose luminance. Building a custom MG Sazabi now and playnning on light everything up with these.First Review:Finally got around to using these today after a few months sitting in my drawer. I build Gundam models and since most kits dont have the ability to put a normal LED in them I had to resort to this microscopic sized SMD. I'm quite surprised at how bright this thing is for it size. The kit was straightforward all you have to do is find something to power it. I used an old iphone cable using only the power and ground. I tested the voltage using a multimeter and it puts out 5V. They kit includes a bunch of resistors that vary in voltage and since I have a 5V power supply all I had to do was simply choose the resistor that was in the 5V range. I have no experience with electronics just did a little research. I don't know how to calculate what resistor I'd need if it wasn't clearly labled in this kit. However, seeing this work has sparked my curiosity and now I want to learn more for future Gunpla's i create. This is probably the easiest circuit to create. Having this presoldered and resistors clearly labeled with which one to use for your power supply made this even easier.Note: I'm clearly not done finishing up my current setup in the picture. I plan on running longer wires and electric taping or covering the exposed wires. This was just me taking a pic that it works.

Son buenas los LED , tienen buen brillo ,Pero las Resistencias son de MALA CALIDAD , cheque antes de usar por la mayoría de las resistencia se calientan mucho a tal punto que derrite el plástico ,Cuidado
