Good replacements for 1.5v other batteries.
If you are looking for the ideal battery alternative to the regular 1.5v alkaline, these are it for most electronics. They are Li-On which is superior to Ni-MH rechargeables in density and holding a charge. The only problem I had was with a 25 year old Walkman radio and a 33 year old travel Radioshack radio. For some reason the AM receiver would not work, I would just get static. I rechecked the integrity of the radios by replacing the Kentli Li-Ons with Ni-MH and the AM would work fine. These Kentli batteies require the Kentli charger, not any Li-On charger will work. But there are some competitors appearing on the market. And avoid the non- rechargeable Li-Ons by the 'energy bunny' as they don't hold a charge as I found out to my disgust.

Satisfied customer. I learned some things, you'll want to know
I've had these batteries and both kinds of chargers (the one that just holds four batteries, and the one with a build in flashlight). The batteries are mostly used in my Garmin Etrex Touch 35. It's a navigator for hiking, biking, etc. Using regular batteries in this is pointless. Too expensive. Regular rechargeable batteries are fine. The Kentlis are worth the extra price. They last much longer. (I should have measured the extra length before writing this. I'll do an update.) I think I'm getting an extra four hours. One important note: The regulator that keeps a constant charge results in the charge indicator showing full until the batteries are almost fully discharged. I always carry an extra pair, so no problem. However, there are certain items, like cameras, where you don't want to be doing certain things when the batteries suddenly go dead.If you want to use in an AM/FM radio: I have a CC Gozo (C Crane Company). It's a great radio, but it eats up the six AA batteries so quickly that it is expensive to use. Regular rechargeable batteries won't fit. The Kentli batteries work. Awesome. FM works really well! That saves a lot of money. BUT, there is a 1.5 volt regulator in these batteries that include a semiconductor. It causes interference on the AM band. So if I want to listen to AM, Kentlis are a no go in the Gozo. The Chargers: First, the special top requires that you use only the Kentli charger.Next, the charger with a flashlight: It holds four batteries, but only one is needed to power the light. You can charge one to four batteries at a time. There is a little indicator light for each battery that goes off when that particular battery is charged. USB plug. It's nice.Lastly, the four battery charger without the light. It charges one to four batteries. My favorite feature is that each slot has a light that is red when charging and green when charged. USB plug. I like it.

Great batteries, but a little pricey
I got these for my kwikset z wave auto deadbolt lock, and they work very well, I was only getting 2-3 weeks on nickel metal hydrid rechargeable AA batteries, these lasted 6 weeks before I caved and recharged them. The 1.5 volts also give it a little more power to open and close faster.

Don't bother
Bought 3 brands at the same time to find a good winner. These weren't them. One never worked. One only had one use cycle before never charging again. One had just two recharge cycles before not having any life after the charge - just seconds. The last one became extremely hot to touch during its third charge. Might have been the charger, which quit, but the battery was toast also.

Batteries work Good...
Batteries last a long time depending on use. I have the charger that's also a flashlight. I recommend discharging the batteries for a few minutes by turning on the flashlight, then turn off the flashlight and charge until each cell is fully charged. The flashlight charger has a Blue light for each cell. As each cell charges the Blue light will turn for each cell as it reaches a full charge.

Best bang for the buck!
These batteries are awesome!! Hold charges well and are very cost effective!! They will pay for themselves in no time if you are a heavy user like myself

Best batteries you can buy.
I use these in my night vision scope. Normal Lithium AA batteries last 30 minutes tops. I’ve ran these for 5 plus hours before and never had them die. A whole different level of batteries.

Constant Voltage Output
Has dual posts at top, one for charging and the other for discharge. Battery regulates output voltage as input voltage is greater than 1.5. This keeps my digital camera from sensing low voltage all the time while using alkaline cells and shutting down. Be sure to use special charger that accommodates the dual connections at top of battery.
