I have sensitive skin and the metal bands always cause a break out. I also don't like the rubbery bands because I work with ovens so the elastic wears out too fast.This one holds up to my kitchen job, out door hobbies and home tasks. It washes easily with dish soap and water and it is sleek looking so I can still wear it with feminine outfits.With the way I abuse these fitbit bands I tend to replace them about once a year but this one is holding up really well so far so it will likely out live my past ones!

Leather band is just what was needed. Much more comfortable and seems sturdy so hoping it last a long time!

The band itself is durable and looks great on the wrist. However, despite saying this product is genuine leather, I have my doubts based on the texture and appearance of the material. Either way, it's good for the price and I have no other complaints.

I got this band to replace a stainless steel one that bit the dust. I am allergic to silicone, so it limits the bands I can get. I also prefer gold to silver which limits it even more, but this one is great. First of all, it comes nicely secured in a box. It is made in China if that makes a difference to you. It says it's genuine leather, and while it doesn't have a leather smell and it doesn't really look like authentic leather, it is nicely constructed with secure stitching and has a double band to secure the bottom strap to the top where it overlaps after buckling. I think I have an average female wrist and I use the fourth hole from the top (and it is still a little loose) so if you have a very small wrist, take note. The strap does taper a bit from where it connects to the watch face to the bottom, and I like that it isn't the full width as it makes it feel not so chunky. The metal is a nice brushed rose gold and looks nice with the tan/light-brown strap.

I bought this watchband for my wife. The prior band was a rubber-style band that would cause a skin reaction over time and gather grime underneath the band. My wife raves about this watch band for comfort, fit, and no associated skin reaction. She is quite persnickety, and if there was an issue with the band, I would have heard about it. A happy wife is like 50-miles of good road. I would highly recommend.
