I purchased this item for my GoPro and to mount on the chin of my motorcycle helmet. I like everything about this product except for the weight. If this company could make one out of a durable plastic it would add less weight to your motorcycle helmet. You better have plans on how you will fasten this much weight to the helmet. There is a product on the market named Sugu Black Mold Glue that may be the answer to that potential problem. I will test that glue on something and see how strong it becomes. I'M GLAD I FOUND THIS PRODUCT. It gives you a place to install the microphone from ....into the helmet. Very clean setup.

Works, just a bit cumbersome to use

Ok. This is almost perfect mount except one thing. The ring for nd filter is not wide enough. When out on nd filter you see black edge at all four corners. Take nd off it’s fine. Even it’s own uv filter which is clear u can see some edging too. Too bad if that works it will be a perfect case.

I was really happy with this cage, but then the two small screws on the top of the rig managed to fall out. Now the thing is useless :/

This is a great product. Solid construction, amazing fit. Good access to the charging/usb door and great modular support to add the microphone adapter without having it dangling around. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone.
