Great value for the money/ Positive attitude from the seller
The first one I received stopped working after a month . When contacted the seller they've sent me a new one the second day at no extra cost.Definitely recommend both the product and the seller.

Saved me a fortune.
Intermittent power loss on my car and issues starting when the engine was warm, to be honest for the price I was sceptical but thought it worth a try before going to the expense of the local garage. Fault was diagnosed by the reader and app as a sensor under the bonnet, replacement part purchased and fitted by myself and the engine management light turned off by the app and car running like new (well as near to new as you get with a 16 year old car) total cost to solve the issue £18. Its a no brainier if your handy under the bonnet, this is a must in your tool box.

Apps connect to ELM adapter but no data returned from vehicle
My car is a Volvo V70 2.4 D5 2006MY. The 'Sp full ELM327 OBDII Car OBD2 Reader' arrived as expected i.e. just the adapter with a QR code on the package to direct the user to suitable software. I had already downloaded both 'Torque Lite' and 'Car Scanner' apps , two widely respected and reliable apps on two different Android phones (different Android OS versions). The ELM paired quickly with the phones and both apps connected to it (separately of course) quickly. The Torque lite app tried each of its protocols in sequence to find a suitable protocol. Once it found a protocol which seemed to work, it attempted to connect to the ECU but unsuccessfully, the blue car symbol at the top of the app continued to flash with the other symbols solidly on. Attempting to access any data or fault codes returned a message 'not connected to ECU'. The Car Scanner app is set up differently by giving it details of the vehicle and model year. It selected its most appropriate protocol and after quickly connecting to the ELM, it started connecting to the ECU with 'the status 'connecting' flashing. The status changed to 'connected' and I thought I was in business. Attempting to access data and fault codes returned no information. I know that there are permanent and stored codes on the ECU because I have a Volvo dedicated PC based system (VIDA) but wanted an onboard option to monitor some aspects of the engine. I knew that these adapters had a reputation of being a bit hit and miss but , optimistically thought I might get a 'working' item. Unfortunately not, so it's going back to Amazon. I will probably try another 'brand' but will be less optimistic as a result of trying this one.

you get what you pay for
works to get basic stuff, but isn't an ELM that works with FORSCAN and won't pull fault codes from a Ford.

Great buy
Works perfectly and very easy to set up

Won't adjust code in the ecu
This device is great for code reading and other basic functions ... But that's all it is for .Don't confuse this for one of the high end readers as this will not be able to do even 10% they can . The item itself is perfect for quick code reads and some apps allow live data like: boost ,MPG , air fuel ratio and so on.

Can be funny with other apps!
Does the job, great for the money, would say it's for those that know what they're doing, but even so it's pretty easy to use for those that don't just find the OBDII port in your car, stick it in, turn the car on, connect to the OBD2 scanner via the app you choose and you're off to find the faults.

Could save you a fortune.
This is Brilliant NDD on Prime.Easy setup on my 2012 volkswagon TDI.Found and cleared codes perfectly.I've had a similar looking obd in the past and it was temperamental it would connect sometimes and keep disconnecting. This one connected quickly and easily and stays connected.I used it with the torque app on android.
