This is Kayam Churan
I’ve had Isabagol (should have psyllium husk in it) before and in yogurt it can thicken stools and reduce (not stop) Dirrhea. It’s essentially flavored psyillium husk. I opened this package and the seal was aluminum and I immediately noticed the kayam churan smell/stench which is like nauseating cumin/corriander. I showed it to my husband and he agreed. It was overpriced as well.It seems like the cheap kayam Churan product was packaged into this container and it’s a knock off. Hereafter I’ll buy isabagol from my local store instead.
