A Course in Miracles: Text, Workbook for Students, Manual for Teachers Kindle Edition

This edition is a reprint of the first edition from the Foundation for Inner Peace. 5 stars because it is the Course. That said, it lacks the numbering system of sections, paragraphs snd sentences, that enables one to look up a reference. The kindle version can be searched, but at half the price, the 3rd FIP edition offers more.Some folks will just want to own the Red Book. Others believe there is only one true edition. To me, above the rest is the Circle of Atonement's edition, masterfully done, with material included that was left out of other/earlier editions. But my first love was this 1st edition, back in 1986.If you are lucky enough for this Strange Profound Voice, unlike any other I've read, to come ALIVE in your mind, the edition could hardly matter! The road map out of this madness (we call the world) has been found.It has taken me over thirty years since I studied this first edition, and on to explore all those great and wonderful Captains of Nonduality, to recognize the Course uniquely shows the purpose of the world. I find it to be the Crowning Masterpiece of English literature: the Beauty of its form reflects its Source. That it exists, that you can put down a twenty dollar bill and walk away with this book, is more than a miracle. It is Reality. Go for it!

I'm going to try and read this everyday. The course is a way we all are suppose to be. So we can become one with God. It's very very hard, not a religion it a way of life. It shows you how to be forgiving and love.Forgiveness is hard, many many stories I heard, but I want this to be my last adventure on earth, as I believe this dream is over for me, and I certainly hope for all of us so we can each be together and happy.This probably makes no sense, but if it's your time and you are reading this you maybe ready. I wish everyone read knew this information. I wish I'd read it 20 years ago. The wording is very academic and took me a while to get through it. I recommend starting with the daily lessons in the middle of the book, and start reading segments to process as you are able.

Service to others (love) or service to self (fear) ... those are the only two paths in life. this book freed me from my thoughts that I thought were mine. this was so enlightening and freeing. it has changed my life more than I can quantify on here.
