Does the 4 in 1 lounger have hooks to attach to a bouy?

Doesn't have hooks it's attached with loops and also the poles slip into receptacles. It works well.

Is this made in China?

I’m not sure as I don’t have the container but I would bet my life it’s made somewhere in Asia, probably China. I love it though!

The top part always remove by itself from the main, no Mather of you fix very well. The fabric was riped in many parts after few months of use

I found the quality to be very poor. It tore within a week. The seams all came apart. Would not recommend.
